"This hotel appears to have been recently remodeled or renovated. Pros: The lobby is clean, the staff is friendly, the room is generically decorated. The hotel is near great shopping, restaurants and the area is very walkable. Cons: The hotel is located on a very busy street. The bathroom could use a deep clean and be inspected prior to the guest arrival. Overall, a nice hotel for an overnight stay."

"We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping didn't come at all. one of the days we told them we didn't need it. We had to go and get coffee bags twice and they are very stingy with them, give you 2. One night we came back to our room and lock was changed, had to go to office for new code. Bed was comfortable I will say. Also temperature in room never changed even when you put the heat up. It was a cold rainy weekend, Brrr."

"The hotel was right off I90. I booked the room through Expedia a few months ago. The only thing I didn't like was, a few days before we left for our trip, I got an email saying parking was an additional $28 a night. That should have been added to the cost when I booked or should have been known ahead of time. The staff was friendly. They have an all you can eat breakfast for $20 a day, which was great. The pool was heated. Housekeepers clean your room everyday. The Social bar that is attached, had a good vibe and friendly staff. There is another establishment across the street called Buffs, Good chicken wings and friendly vibe. Buses run often. We took a bus to get us closer to Cheers and Quency Market for a dollar.(Kenmore) We had about a 2 mile walk from there, but the architecture is fabulous to look at on the walk.. Safe and friendly. We took a lyft a few times. It ran around $20 each way. Not bad for the 20-minute drive. I wouldn't recommend driving in. Not a lot of parking, The hotel and trip was fabulous. 5 stars for sure."
