"The room we had was very very basic - which we actually didnt mind that much as we werent planning on spending that much time there. Sadly we didnt see any staff for the entire 10 day we were there, other than when we hu ted them down for clean towels. The room wasn't cleaned for our entire stay and we had to empty the bins ourselves. If your looking for a base to stay, wash up and get your head down then thos is for you - if you want any sort of 'hotel' service then you'd be better off...

"Not bad. Mediocre breakfast and no wifi in the room (onky in the hotel lobby) were negatives. Also the lifts could use an update. Big spacious rooms, evening buffet was ok, nice staff, cleaning ok."

"I only stayed for one night before moving for a one night stay for the price it was fine and the staff were very friendly. I wouldn't have wanted to stay for any longer, but served my purpose great "

"Was so good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room and shared areas were very clean. The hostel also hosts really fun event most days desert experiences, camel riding, ATVing, scuba diving, snorkelling, karaoke, and group dinners. Huge shout out to Mahmoud for really helping to enrich our experience here. "

The staff really make this place so special - they’re friendly, accommodating and language skills are amazing. I would highly recommend and will be back "

"Any room backing on to Sheraton road is way too loud. Don't expect sleep. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Only really has 2 restaurants outside the main restaurant. 1 is extra price the other is vegetarian only. Some staff are super friendly and helpful some bar staff and reception make you feel like you are an inconvenience. Don't think we will be going back"

"The hotel was spotlessly clean, private beach was beautiful. Staff in the whole were very good, polite and helpful. My only criticism were I did see one bar staff mocking a customer, and the pool attendants did nothing about people leaving towels on loungers for hours, despite mentioning in the hotel rules that unattended towels would be removed. One day at the adult pool we were told we couldn’t have a parasol because they were all being used, but 5 of them were with unattended towels for people should didn’t return for over an hour. Food is not labelled for allergens. This meant asking the staff every time, who were helpful but at times unsure and when asked if something had milk in a response was “maybe”. They did offer to cook something fresh but this isn’t what you pay for all inclusive for. Choice is expected. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful and guests were well catered for with activities, food and drink"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Boutique hotel, so much so we booked another week whilst we were there and we have booked to come back in April. We had only been at the hotel for 2 days and we were upgraded to a sea view room. The staff are so friendly it is like staying with family and the hotel is in the perfect spot to enjoy all the bars,restaurants and shops of the marina. The beach is 20 seconds away and is clean and tidy. We would give this hotel 10/10 and we will be back many times in the future "

"Its was a horrible stay i booked my mum and dad in who are 63 and 71\. The room they were first given was very very far away fro everything, as per the hotel.com app the hotel has parking available. This is untrue they had to park their car on the road side. The room was dirty. When they approached the hotel staff initially they were incredibly rude and told my parent they had to come back after 3pm which was several hours later. This is not the kind of service anyone would expect from this or any hotel. When we asked for a refund we were told we will not be given a refund which was not ok as we were very disappointed. We will never be going back to this hotel"
