In Sainte-Maxime, in the residential area of La Croisette, villa with pool near the sea and the beach for vacation rental for 6 to 8 people. Close to the city center, this semi-detached villa is perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with friends. It is adapted for disabled persons thanks to an interior elevator.   
Upstairs: an air-conditioned living room opening onto a terrace, an open-plan kitchen, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms opening onto the garden or terrace, a bathroom, a shower room, and 2 toilets.   
Garden level: one bedroom with direct outdoor access, one bedroom with a skylight accessible through the garage, a shared shower room, a garage, and a laundry room.   
Villa with provided household linen. 4 x 8 m swimming pool, optionally heated from May upon request (max 27°C). Air conditioning only on the upper floor. Internet. Pets are not allowed. Very pleasant and peaceful location.   
Final cleaning €150 (additional charge).   
Security deposit €2000 (to be paid upon arrival).   
Tourist tax extra (variable amount depending on the duration, rental price, and number of occupants over 18 years old).   
Utilities included.   
Deposit 25%.   
The villa must be returned in impeccable condition, including the kitchen area, and all trash must be emptied.   
Keys must be returned to the agency by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.   
Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
