Sainte-Maxime Hotel Guide - 4 stars Hotels in Sainte-Maxime, France

Hotel is lovely, small boutique hotel with only 16 rooms, pool, great sitting area. Rooms are very nice but small for the price point -- but hey, its St. Tropez!

Had a good time staying there. Little too far from Saint Tropez but overall nice stay.

As a base for visiting the area it was ideal. Good value for money and close enough to the beach.

We went there as a couple, for 7 nights, with a dog, in August. The hotel is 20 min drive from St Tropez but our objective was to visit Provence and go to the beach (Pampelonne is 25 min drive). The hotel is very nice, the rooms have all is necessary and the pool is beautiful as well. Staff is very friendly and kind. Breakfast is expensive but the quality is high so it all depends if you usually eat a lot at breakfast or not. I did it once but as usually i don't eat much, the following days i had just a cappuccino. We were put in a room with carpet but as my gf is allergic we asked to move and we were moved to another room the 2nd day. Dogs in france are very respected and loved so don't worry if u want to bring your dog. The main negative point is the wi-fi connection. Download speed was ranging between 0.01 and 0.12 Mbps that made any reading or internet surfing very painful, certainly impossible to work with. To put things into perspective the Bus I used to do excursion in Iceland the week before was ranging between 2 and 41 Mbps even in the most remote area of Iceland (yes, a bus). Luckily the wifi speed is one of the easiest thing to improve.

Near to beach, easy parking, walking distance to town, safe residential district.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The location would be very difficult to improve on, the staff very friendly and the facilities near perfect.

Beach 5 min walk, St Tropez 10 mins by car. Nearby supermarket 5 mins walk as the site does not cater for one. Pool a nice size. Dogs welcome which was a plus for us. Enjoyed our stay very much. The downside of the apartment was that we had to make our bed on arrival all bedding and towels was supplied. I would definitely stay there again. Apartments had air-condtioning which we needed for when we left the dog behind which was nice.

Pretty little hotel. The bathroom in the room was great. Bigger than the room.
