Overall, the staff were very nice and professional, and I appreciate their kindness and assistance. However, unfortunately, my experience with the cleanliness and room conditions was very disappointing. When I first arrived, the bathroom in my room had not been properly cleaned. The hotel eventually changed my room, but on the second day, I discovered what appeared to be blood on the mattress in the new room. I immediately brought this serious hygiene issue to the attention of the manager. The staff came to inspect the mattress, took pictures, and the mattress was changed. Although the staff were courteous and helpful, I was very disappointed that I experienced these cleanliness issues in two different rooms during the same stay. Finding blood on a mattress is especially concerning and is not something I would expect from a hotel of this standard. I hope the hotel takes this matter seriously and improves its housekeeping and room-inspection procedures to prevent other guests from experiencing the same situation.

We arrived at 12.00 and got very surpriced when the offered to have the room, but it would cost an additional 50%, as l got disappointed the updated the offer to 100 euro. I dont think this is good customer service.

A Stylish, Perfectly Located Haven in Saint-Tropez! "An absolute gem in the heart of Saint-Tropez!" Our stay at Hotel Ventura was flawless from start to finish. The location on Chemin des Amoureux couldn't be better—just a short, peaceful stroll from Place des Lices and the harbor (Vieux Port), meaning you are right next to the action without any of the night noise. The 70s Riviera-inspired decor strikes the perfect balance between modern chic and coastal Mediterranean warmth. Our room was immaculately clean, bright, and incredibly comfortable, equipped with top-notch amenities (including a handy kitchenette and ultra-fast Wi-Fi). The staff truly stole the show—warm, attentive, and always ready with local dining tips and beach recommendations. Enjoying an evening aperitivo at the bar surrounded by the garden ambiance was the highlight of our trip. We will definitely be back!" 1-Prime Spot: Located right in the village center. You can easily walk to Place des Lices (for the Tuesday & Saturday morning market), La Ponche, and the Vieux Port. 2-Arriving by Car: If driving, use their on-site valet parking service (EV chargers are also available). Parking in public lots nearby during peak season can be a major challenge. 3-Arriving by Ferry: If arriving via the direct ferry or boat shuttle at the harbor, the hotel is a quick 5 to 8-minute walk / taxi ride from the port dock. The hotel is in a great location and the property itself is very charming. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was extremely disappointing. After a long day of travel, I arrived hoping for a smooth check-in, but instead spent several minutes having to prove that I had previously spoken with someone at the hotel by showing them a conversation linked to their phone number. Rather than trying to help resolve the confusion, the staff were dismissive and unaccommodating. While I understood that early check-in could not be guaranteed, there was little effort made to assist us in any way. To make matters worse, the room we were initially assigned had visible mold, which was both concerning and unacceptable. There was also significant confusion regarding payment. I had prepaid for the room prior to arrival, yet I was told there was no record of the payment. Despite only staying two nights, there seemed to be uncertainty about charges even though I had already paid for three nights in advance. I am not someone who typically complains, but after repeatedly trying to calmly explain the situation and seek assistance, I felt I had no choice but to be more firm in order to get any help. What should have been a simple and welcoming arrival ended up being stressful and frustrating due to the staff’s lack of professionalism and willingness to accommodate us.
