Unterkunft dreckig, angefangen bei den Sanitärräumen mit Kotresten der Vormieter an den Toilettenbürsten, Dusche und Badewanne seit Wochen nicht gereinigt, Duschvorhang verschimmelt, Fußböden dreckig, Arbeitsfläche der Küche verfettet und versifft, klebrige Türklinken im ganzen Haus, Matratzenschoner mit Haaren von Vornutzern (laut Beschreibung Einwegschoner), fast alle Kantenbereiche von Schränken im Objekt mit festsitzendem seit Monaten nicht entfernte Dreck/Siff, Wachstuchtischdecke vom Esstisch im Wohnzimmer mit Glasrändern, ungepflegter Außenbereich mit veralgten Terrassenböden auch bei dem Balkon, Beistelltische der Sonnenliegen mit Glasrändern, Sonnenliegen voll mit Piniennadeln bedeckt die auch seit Wochen nicht entfernt wurden, beim Esstisch im Außenbereich wurde der ausziehbare Teil der Tischplatte offensichtlich auch nie gereinigt, Rasenmäharbeiten wurden um die Sonnenliegen ausgeführt, tagealter Laubhaufen direkt vorm Eingang ins Haus..... alles in allem haben wir erstmal selbst Grund gereinigt da von ELOCIMMO vor Ort, selbst durch mehrfaches anmahnen auch durch FEWO, keinerlei Reaktion kam außer zwei neuen saubere WC-Bürsten....... positiv war die Pflege und der Zustand des Pools, hier versteht das beauftragte Unternehmen seinen Job!
