"Amazing location! We didn’t encounter any lines during our stay. The staff we talked to in the hotel all were very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and towels/soap/lotion changed. The hotel offered $35 daily credit to use in Starbucks, bar, or breakfast restaurant inside the hotel. Great perk! Also we got free tickets to Guggenheim museum through the hotel. I would stay here again on my next trip to NY. "

"Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Location wise plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive plus American Dream mall is essentially right there a 5 miinute drive away."

"Th3 interior 9the rooms and halls should be updated. If the hotel is not going to offer a courtesy breakfast there should at least be a microwave in the room for food to be warmed by guests "

"Extremely slow service at front desk. Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. Found hairs on the bed. Didn't feel comfortable at this hotel at all! Just a sketchy outdated place. We barely slept due to the outside noise. When we arrive there were police at someone’s door. We had no toilet paper, not enough towels for amount of guests, and they didn’t service our room. Poor experience overall. ."

"Parking was really convenient and good. The air and heat worked very well and the room was clean. The only issue I had was the water not getting hot one morning however, the front desk staff rectified the issue and everything was fine. Overall, it was a safe convenient place to stay for our weekend activities."

"Stayed here last year and I thought they would have made at least a little effort addressing some of their previous issues. After a year there's still only one workung elevator. The pot holes in the parking lot have gotten worse. And now they have decided to eliminate the only good thinf they had, the breakfast. Its now a "bag" breakfast, and if you don't like it, too bad. Would never stay here again. And Expedia sgould have been aware of the breakfast and the general conditions of this run down hotel."
