"Great location! It’s close to the SkyTrain, the mall, and plenty of food options, which made getting around really convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I really appreciated the flexibility with check-in, my flight arrived at 7:30 am, and although my room wasn’t ready right away, I was able to leave my luggage and come back later. I ended up getting my room at 1 pm, which I appreciated since standard check-in is at 4 pm. They also offer a complimentary 1-hour late check-out if you ask, which is a nice touch. Before arriving, I was able to select my room through the app, and I loved the convenience of using it as a digital key for both my room and the elevator. The room itself was clean, and I had a very comfortable sleep. One thing I would have preferred is a 24-hour gym. I didn’t realize the hours and tried to go around 4:30 am, as I’m used to hotels offering round-the-clock access. That said, I ended up going for a run around Central Park nearby, which worked out well thanks to the nice weather. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely book here again."

"The rooms were a very nice size! However, the carpet needs to be replaced! They look filthy. The fan on the air conditioner was very loud, even on the low setting and when it was off, you could feel the cold air coming in front outside. Appeared to be mold near it as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"We had our little toy poodle and location was perfect for long walks. Great river view. Market and restaurants, theatre, stores closeby. Very walkable. Friendly staff. We enjoyed room amenities, great hair dryer for a hotel. A very nice stay. Thank you."

"My room was disgusting to be honest. Bedding was not clean, bathroom smelled so musty and the wall and tiles were falling apart. Had to keep the window open all night so there was fresh air and it wouldn’t smell, so I was quite cold and slept with a jacket on. I asked for a better room but none were available. Even the dirty bedding wasn’t changed when I told them about it. I was even asked not to write a bad review. Crazy bad experience for almost $200/night. Do not waste your money. Shocking room conditions. "
