"I booked Mallory Court as surprise for my wife as a mini moon from 7th April to 9th April. From the very start, the staff were amazing in making those 2 nights special for us. Dawn was extremely supportive in helping me book the afternoon tea and spa. The staff when we arrived were nothing but tentative, even offered us an upgrade along with cookies and card to congratulate us. "I left my computer charger plugged in the wall socket next to the bed, I called within 2hrs of checking out to notify the hotel that i had done this but even having had to called back the next day too they claimed (or their cleaning staff claimed) that they had not found it. I absolutely did leave it in the room, there was no way I was confused and did not. Very disappointed with the poor service of the hotel and I suspect dishonest nature of their cleaning staff."
