"The hotel was very nice, and the family room we stayed in was large with plenty of space for everything we brought with us for a 5-month old baby. The staff were excellent and we also dined in Palm Court twice, which has great food and were very accommodating of the baby as well. "

"Definitely recommend Nice big room with view over canal. The only thing i would mention is the room was very warm. All staff very attentive. Also had a evening meal at the hotel and that was very good. Cooked breakfast good and there is a great choice for breakfast. Very clean hotel."

(That may sound strange but the products they use are very pleasant…) We really enjoyed the location: walking distance to the water, shops, restaurants, and pubs. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet.
