This is a great place to stay, the room we booked was a family room and had a king size and two singles plus a sofa and table in the living area so lots of room. The bathroom had a bath and excellent separate shower. The staff were really friendly and the pub itself busy with great food at attractive prices. An excellent cooked breakfast was also included, all for just over £100. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

I stay in a lot of hotels with my work trips and this is one of the best if not the best place to stay. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed with a warm, helpful and happy check in. All the staff are extremely polite and go out of their way to make your stay as relaxing and pleasent as possible. The room was clean and spacious the food was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great place to chill out but you need to be mobile or have a car. As we holiday in Port Isaac annually we knew the hotel and its location as we had dined there a number of times. We were curious about the accommodation and this was a great place to do nothing and spoil ourselves. We would not hesitate to return.

Property lives up to the description. The setting is charming and it was cute to be woken up by the sound of chickens. Would happily stay again. I didn’t meet the hosts but they provided such thorough information via email that I found everything.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, the parking was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and chatty they went out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The on-site restaurant was lovely, the food was excellent. Location was ideal, near to all the attractions. We found the local pub next door’s very friendly.

Lovely hotel. We stayed in a room in the building next to the hotel. Had a lovely evening meal one night. Nice breakfast but the only niggle was that they did run out of a couple of items ar our last breakfast

We were upgraded to a spa sea view double room as it was my partner’s birthday. So very kind and thoughtful and the room’s amazing and definitely has the wow factor! It was warm and sunny - so, the view was at it very best! Absolutely stunning!

Beautiful hotel, parking is available but limited with very tight spaces and on a hill so be aware if you have a larger vehicle. Spa was lovely, staff were amazing, room was spacious. We didn't pay for a sea view, so our view was out onto a very run down and filthy roof top which made it feel more like being in the middle of a deprived city area rather than beautiful seaside resort. It didn't affect our stay, but worth knowing if you're planning a romantic getaway.

Breakfasts were excellent. Parking brilliant. Room was very comfortable. Would highly recommend lovely staff. Also lots to visit ie Charlestown & Lost gardens of Heligan.

This is an amazing hotel. The facilities are great and the food is amazing. Best steak I have ever had. Would definitely stay here again

First morning at breakfast it was a little disappointing, we went down at 9am and the buffet was basically gone! We went down earlier the next couple of days and it was so much better. Room was perfect, and the area was great.

Had a lovely stay at Pengelly Farmhouse. A beautiful properly, spotlessly clean and lovely thoughtful touches. Homemade biscuits were lovely and even some treats for our dog. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and perfectly cooked! We will most definitely be back again, thank you!
