This guest house is definitely one we would recommend. The owner, Francesco, made us feel very welcome and gave us a small gift upon arrival. We were shown the room which was spotless and told about the breakfast arrangements. There were drinks in the fridge which were included as well as water. A basket of biscuits and pastries, yoghurts, juice and tea and coffee made for a satisfactory breakfast. Lovely apartment, clean modern and good amenities. Across the road from the beach, could not be closer and a 10 min walk to the train station.

Excellent stay at the Liberty Boutique. Very convenient location within easy walking distance of the train station. Rooms were bright and modern and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with option for freshly made pancakes/waffles or eggs. While walking from station to hotel, I was slightly worried as the street was a little run down, but I did not feel at all unsafe and the hotel was very nice once we arrived. No restaurant is on site and no kitchen facilities available which makes life a little challenging. Business room with sea view was amazing on the terrace but the staircase is not ideal when you go in the bedroom door.

I almost don’t want to write this review as I want to keep this place secret and keep it to ourselves! This place is just an absolute dream - an oasis of calm with the most wonderful staff, location, pool and grounds. We stayed as a family with two children and felt like we could explore central Rome and the sights then return to this lovely slice of Italy, as well as being just 15 mins from the beach too. The grounds are so incredible and given the place is so small, we rarely shared the pool...
