The receptionists were especially welcoming and helpful, a special mention to the receptionist at Holiday Inn Southend on Sea, who made check-in such a pleasant experience. The only small suggestion I would make is regarding breakfast time. It would be even better if breakfast could be extended until 11am, as when we’re on holiday we like to sleep in a bit later and take things slowly. Overall, I am very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend Holiday Inn for a relaxing getaway."
