This immensely popular eatery seems to always be packed so unless you make a reservation, go soon after they open to at least snag a seat at the bar. The station opened in 1913 and remained operational until 1988. At the time of its construction, it was the tallest rail station in the world. A personal connection to this building would be that my father shipped out from this station to Marine boot camp after being drafted in the Korean War.
