the manager or whoever was just rude. but the employee at the front was nice and tried accommodating me. also hated the fact that i secretly had to pay $270 which wasn’t listed on Expedia, and when you tell them that, they blame you or say it’s on there. it wasn’t. in fact, someone else complained at the desk while i was down there saying that there was nothing saying that we had to put that much money down on top of the rooms.. all of that for 2 nights :/

I hate to be “that guy” but I think it’s important to be honest so that the hotel staff can make necessary improvements and so potential guests can make an educated choice as to where they’d like to stay. On the positive side I liked the location and my room was fine. The guy who checked me in was awesome. On the negative side there were issues with the hot water, wifi, noise, the front desk, and the bar. Also the bed was too soft for my taste but that’s just me. I got the impression that the staff was inexperienced and needs a little more training/guidance. A lot of my routine questions were met with looks of confusion. I’m confident that things will get better!

All was good until some low life decided to steal all four tires and rims off of my vehicle. I was not made aware of a gated area to park my vehicle.

I had a 3 night stay. They didn't make up the room, change the towels, shampoo or soap at all over the 3 days. Since I was there on my own, I made it work but if there were another person, that would have needed to be done. Front staff were always friendly. I bought a bottle of Faygo pop and a can of Faygo pop from the small shop across from the reception desk. The price for these two pops was almost 7.00 ! That to me is WAY TO MUCH !!! The bottle should have been 1.50 max and the can should have been a 1.00 max. I was only there to sleep and have a shower as I was attending Autorama. Sleeping and the shower went well.
