"Well our wedding night was ruined because of our Room the walls had cracks all over it out side our door you can tell there was water damage from the 2nd floor that had jacuzzi tubs which we had one reserved when we arrived got told they where closed for renovations on the tubs then got told we would get a different room which I described above, we didn’t even have toilet paper we asks for it an they front desk said it will be 30 mins til the person getting in will have it, waited then went back the guy said still no toilet paper, we went to another hotel. Still waiting for a some kind of response for a refund!! "
