"Second Nature Southampton is a lovely hotel. The room we had was spacious and clean, with a nicely sized bathroom. It’s not a far walk to Oxford Street, where you can find a collection of good restaurants and pubs. St. Mary’s Stadium, the goal of our trip, was an easy twenty minute walk away. The friendly front desk staff can get a little overwhelmed, as they have to attend to check-ins and the cafe; and if you have an email with your parking confirmation, have it ready, otherwise you may be told to park on the street. Overall, they do their best to accommodate you. So if you’re going to Southampton, Second Chance is a fine choice for lodging."

"We were staying prior to embarking on a cruise. Helpful staff on check in, no lift and room on the 3rd floor. Staff helped with taking our suitcases up and down the stairs. Room quiet and spacious. Toilet flush only worked infrequently, room needed a freshen up chunks missing out of the wall and dodgy paint work. Only 1 pillow each"

"We have stayed at the Harbour hotel on a number of occasions, as well as many other hotels in the area. The hotel is in a great location, has a pool and spa, and in our opinion is the best hotel in Southampton. That said, the room we were allocated appeared to be an apartment rather than a hotel room. It had a full-sized kitchen, but most appliances had been disabled, but the room had little cupboard space for hanging clothes. As we were staying for 4 days, this was impractical. The room also didn't have a phone, so we had to use our mobile to phone reception."

"Staff were nice and attentive. Breakfast was mediocre but still good. Didn’t accept cash at the restaurant which was too bad for a traveller. Rooms were a little small and in need of an update but for a cheaper hotel, was a great stay. Nice and close walking distance to lots of attractions in Southampton."

"Staff were fantastic we will continue to visit this Hotel. however we asked about a very small wedding and was told only big weddings in the Barn are available to be booked, we spoke to the Ringwood registrar after our wedding and was told that they could of carried out the ceremony it the library room if the Hotel was in agreement."

"The Moorhill is an excellent hotel in the New Forest. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a great size with a lovely view of the garden. The toiletries were local and of a high quality. We had dinner in the hotel and th we food and service were excellent. The whole stay was perfect. Next time I will bring my dog as it was very dog-friendly. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Great place to stay, central and easy to walj to local amenities and the ferry dock. The breakfast service was great with greay staff. Late dinner choices were very limited for if you are vegan.However there are pleanty of local resturants with these choices."
