"Fantastic service from the moment we arrived we were offered an upgrade which whilst it sounded great actually was in a smaller bed than the original room that we had booked. Although the room was considered to be an upgrade we decided to decline that offer, due to this. Moving back into our originally booked room was seen as no problem at all from the staff who are with us within just a couple of minutes to put us back into our original room with the larger bed. This was then followed up with a 25% discount voucher for the bar for the mixup which we certainly never expected. The room was spotless throughout, room service was unseen but fantastic, all the facilities we needed were great in the room. Couldn’t fault the experience at all."
