Rooms so dirty we ended up staying elsewhere, check in 2pm, didn’t get key to after 3pm due to housekeeping, eventually when we received key room was filthy. Disgusting carpets were filthy Vomit in the bin in bathroom, Dirt over the bed covers. Rubbish left under the desk Very run down rooms Photos to prove this also, absolutely disgusting.

The setting of the hotel and the grounds and the pool are very nice. It has great potential but the place is in need of refurbishing and modernising as it is very dated with some maintenance issues. But the big problem was that the radiator in our room was on full blast and they said they could not turn the heating off without turning the water off for the entire building. They wouldn't move us to another unit and no apology was even offered for the inconvenience. They had no fans and they suggested we go out and buy one. We stayed during a 35 degree heatwave and this was unbearable. Hence the 2*

"My partner an I stayed over for one night after seeing Lilly Allen in Birmingham and it was amazing!. We were really impressed with the staff and the car parking. The room was really clean and considering it was unbearably hot outside the room was cool and nice to sleep in."
