A truly amazing experience from beginning to end. A stunning beach front resort with five star treatment. The staff went above and beyond to make this the perfect holiday. Would recommend to anyone who is tempted to book!

Grand Batam Mall is accessible and sheltered via level 5.

Amazing unique experience on a rare piece of history. What a great idea to transform a legendary boat to an hotel.

We arrived and were met at the ferry port by the hotel transport which was complimentary. Although we were earlier than check in time this was not an issue, and we were able to access our lovely villa immediately. We were also given detail of things like the barbecue in our villa, several afternoon teas and buggy hire, all complimentary and a very nice surprise. Wonderful staff, immediate help if we needed it, excellent accommodation, fabulous location - our party of 4 all thoroughly enjoyed...

Modern hotel . Staff friendly . Good swimming pool . Good location . Only issue is that still has a lot of construction sites working around hotel

The location is very good, in between chinese wet markets and 2 shopping malls - BCS and Grand Batam Mall. From our hotel, we are also able to see Singapore's MBS!!! Magnificant! But the bad thing is that the breakfast was too cold, not warm at all, didnt really take the 2nd day breakfast because it was quite bad. Hope they can improve on the food. Overall good stay!

Beautiful hotel on Bintan! We’d recommend it. We’ve enjoyed a villa with pool and beautiful view. Some items are a little dated, but overall we thought it’s in good nick and they maintain the villas and common areas well. The beach is a total hidden gem as it’s incredibly beautiful only a step down from the large pool. You wouldn’t need a private pool. The service stands out with exceptional care throughout from check-in to housekeeping. Nice restaurants on site (Treetops our favourite)....

So good on my first visit I extend stay. Although I kept the same room the room keys got switched off. But it was no serious problem. Great hotel friendly staff. I would happily stay there again. Gerry..UK
