"The one-bedroom we were given free upgrade to was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and the location was great, right next to Grand Batam Mall. "My husband and I stayed for 3D2N. Customer service was excellent throughout our visit. We were able to check in early, and to our surprise, our room was ready ahead of time. Took the room with pool view, best decision ever as I can also see the sea. The only downside was that the room—particularly the bathroom—could have been a bit cleaner. The pool, however, was large and well-maintained. Breakfast was alright."
