The room was OK - we could hear sounds from other rooms in the morning and the bathroom had mould spots near bath taps, but other than that it was clean and pretty comfortable. "The staff are excellent, friendly and very professional. Free coffee 24hrs even to takeaway. Full English buffet breakfast. Less than 5 minute walk to the historic city center. My room had a beautiful view the race course. I've stayed at the other two main rivals in chester (you know which one's) and this hotel is much better."
