got to hotel for around 2:45 and asked could we check in? was told yes the room was available, asked to borrow a iron and ironing board and again within minutes they had one ready for us, got upstairs the bathroom was bigger than the room but not an issue both was clean tidy and did what we needed, staff advised us on how to get to Rds arena in the end we booked an uber tho as was to hot to walk, got back to the hotel around 12 maybe later and the guy on reception was just as nice as the two...

Hotel was very clean and my room very quiet and comfortable. Facilities were great and all I needed. The staff were friendly and polite, and if there was anything to improve upon it was a little more attentiveness over breakfast. A bit more variety in the menu for evening meals would be good. Otherwise absolutely fine.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Central to all we needed in Dublin. Hotel room was ideal. It was clean and comfortable with all the facilities we needed for our stay.

The most wonderful city break we have had! The perfect location, literally on the corner of Stephen’s green park. The MOST caring and wonderful staff, very big shout out to Patrick and Zoe at breakfast for making our stay so lovely. They went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and engaged with our toddler so well too. They memorised our breakfast and coffee orders and room was kept so clean and tidy. Would highly recommend and we will definitely come back if we visit Dublin again.

Highly recommended base for a short trip to Dublin. Accessible and convenient to all sites, shopping and bars/restaurants.

We could not fault the hotel in any way given the building in which it was located. The difficulty was that no lift could be fitted in this old elegant property. We occupied the only room that Experian could offer us, which was on the third (top) floor. The hotel is beautiful and so inviting. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location, everywhere we wanted to visit was within walking distance. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops close by. Would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Dublin!

Absolutely amazing service from the reception staff who gave great recommendations where to go and what to do in the city. The receptionist asked why we were visiting and we mentioned it was a birthday trip- we returned to the hotel room with cake. The bar and restaurant was amazing with a fab Sunday lunch and great service over drinks. Amazing will Definitely return.

Excellent quality-price location, clean and helpful cleaners, delicious breakfast. We had dinner once at the restaurant and it was great and tasty. Reception and Doorman service really professional and friendly. Special mention to Julianne, the breakfast host, a shot of breath air and a good singer! This hotel was surprisingly nice considering the price and our room 402 was very quiet considering it was next to Temple Bar. The room was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and is not to be missed. The only downside is that the TV does not have live TV channels but it does have Netflix to make up for that. I would definitely stay there again.

A real gem in the heart of Temple bar. A 2 minute walk to the temple bar pub, Ha penny bridge and no more than 10 minutes to trinity college, molly malone or love lane. Situated just off the River in Christchurch (a minute's walk from Temple Bar), the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring all sightseeing tours in Dublin (on foot). Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Attached to the hotel is a bar and restaurant, breakfast was included with our room and was of good quality. Our room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Nothing bad to report whatsoever - 100% recommend.
