"Hotel location was great. Steps from Time Square and the theater district. The room was decent size relative to NYC expectations. The staff was very friendly and specifically Franklin the doorman was beyond helpful. The only complaint I may make is there are no mini fridges in the room. You need to request one for 30.00. Not the end of the world but figured that would be included in a 700.00 a night room"
