"This hotel is nestled in a quiet area of Belfast but within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops etc. We had a relaxing overnight stay with great food in The Greyhound bar. Staff very courteous & pleasant in all areas of hotel. Breakfast was excellent also with plenty to choose from as well as other items which can be ordered off the menu. We will definitely visit here again. "

"Had a good stay hotel staff very friendly and nice, bar staff very unfriendly namely the food and beverage supervisor seemed like he didn’t want to be there standing behind the bar and not serving customers or picking and choosing who to serve first needs to be retrained on customer service and be more welcoming. This happened on the 15/8/25 and I think it could be a reason the bar was quiet at that time."

"Lovely clean comfortable hotel. Good for the price in Belfast. Easy 18 minutes walk to centre. There is public options close by. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Room lovely and comfortable with fridge kettle tea coffee biscuits hairdryer iron & board toiletries tissues. But no air con and rather hot in august. Fan supplied on request. Breakfast cooked to order and delicious. Area is in university quarter and a little run down with some rough sleepers but did not feel unsafe so don’t let this put you off this lovely hotel. Some train noise at rear of hotel but only noticed due to open windows due to hot weather. "
