"This is a really lovely hotel. Definitely the best place to stay in Belfast. The service is impeccable, as well as very 'low key' (so you do not feel harassed by too much attention as can happen in some luxury hotels). Central location close to some great restaurants. My only slight complaint is that the portion sizes at breakfast are far too big, even for the biggest appetites, which leads to much food being wasted, which is a shame. I would definitely stay there again."

"I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel has a wonderful vibe, a nice restaurant and great breakfast. Everyone on staff was so wonderful. If I could provide 2 pain points. One would be the doors are very loud, most hotel doors are soft close but these are not and doors start slamming in the halls around 7am and will wake you up without earplugs. The second is the hotel and rooms are very dark. I work into the night around 1am and even with every single light in the room on it’s still not enough if you’re trying to work."
