"Great location and friendly and helpful staff. Bar and restaurant were both great. They were the only dinning option open during the 7/12 parades in the area. Grateful the food was tasty and prices reasonable."

"Service was excellent as was the bar. We were there July 11 and 12 and still felt safe and the parade went right by the hotel. Hotel staff did their best to book last minute Black Taxi tour despite it being late afternoon on the 11th. "

"Amazing place to stay. Bathroom was terrific with great water pressure and very hot water. The room was very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. They helped with laundry and a taxi. The front desk truly cares about the guest and spends time with each to be sure they’re good. Location is about 10 minutes away from everything. "

"All staff polite, friendly, helpful. Good location. Rooms ok, very comfy bed. Superb unlimited buffet style cooked breakfasts with good coffee machines. Three draught beers on tap. Bar food bit limited, pasta, pizza etc but no more expensive than in the City. Plenty tap water and ice available on request anytime. Cooked breakfast bit cheaper if include with room booking. Cannot fault the hotel or staff. "

"Beds could be more comfortable but that’s a preference. Excellent central location and parking was handy tho slightly expensive compared to what we are used to but that’s Belfast prices not the hotels fault. Rooms were lovely and clean tho tv only had four channels which was disappointing as we had a child with us "

"The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the food from the restaurant was delicious. The is not parking available on site but there is a parking garage directly across the street. I would stay there again."

"Long weekend visit, not spent much time in our rooms as we were too busy sightseeing. Breakfast was nice, reception staff was friendly and welcoming. Excellent location. Lots of great food places nearby, supermarket across the road, the sightseeing bus picks up just outside too. "
