"Great location to walk around Folkstone town, close enough to be walking distance but far enough away to avoid the noise of the town late nights. Has some off street parking and for me safe motorcycle parking was provided within the garden which was great. "Fantastic no frills hotel with 5 star staff , location, easy parking and great food . The hotel needs some up grading especially in lobby and fittings in some rooms but is very clean . "We enjoyed our stay here. Although the building is old and shows it in places, it is well maintained and clean. The staff are friendly & helpful. The location is excellent both for access to town centre, buses & trains and for the view over sea to France. Room 42 has a superb panoramic window!"…""We enjoyed our stay here.
