Julie Robert’s was amazing. She is a concierge at the hotel and she personally took care of so many things for our group of 30.
Did not care for the pushy sales people and vendors that were on the property. Others in our group would reroute getting to places within the compound to avoid the harassing behaviors of these people.
The buffet was okay. The other specialty restaurants were also just okay. The gem in the rough was the French restaurant, it was wonderful. Impressive premium needs to up their food quality.
The views from our premium room were stunning. We were however right next to a building that housed many of the non buffet restaurants. The staff were noisy from 4 in the morning until midnight.
The wait staff were terrific just about everywhere. Greeting is warmly everyday. Cheerful and ready to assist us. They and Julia Robert’s were the best things at the resort !
