Lovely hotel, really welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect as its the quieter end of town, but a easy walk to the yram stop round the corner.
Loved it and will definitely be back.

What a find ! This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at . The welcome was warm and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Our breakfast was delicious and we loved how different times were available. The hotel offered an earlier check in time than many others and check out is 12 o clock which means on a weekend away you can manage a lie in and a long leisurely breakfast which was just what we needed . Thank you so much , we would definitely recommend you and will come back again some...

We had such a relaxing time. Just what was needed before heading back to work next week. The Aqua thermal journey was amazing- a whole two hours with no phone, no conversation just me and my thoughts. Bliss!
The food was delicious and the staff were just lovely, so welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. We paid for this with our Tesco Clubcard voucher so our whole stay cost £79 for dinner bed and breakfast for 2 nights.

It's a nice pub that is part of the Thwaites chain. Menu doesn't cater well for Vegetarians and not at all for Vegans. Disappointing to see them burning coal on the fire in July, really thoughtless.

Hotel public areas well laid out with nice comfortable seating, check in was prompt and easy. Room was well laid out, lovely spacious bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. Comfortable L shape sofa and a large tv and you can plug in your firestick if you want to watch your favourite tv shows. Bed was amazingly comfortable I had two fantastic sleeps didn’t awaken like I’d normally do. Across from hotel is Blackpool north train station which is where I arrived. Country hotel set in beautiful grounds, but modern and comfortable inside, friendly helpful staff and delicious food made for a relaxing short break. This was made even more special by a large delightful room and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on.

Location..it has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. ( need a car)
Rooms are very comfortable, tea /kettle etc.
Stairs are a little steep.
staff are lovely ,had a very pleasant stay.
We arrived Saturday lunch time, they had a party of 40 in, but fitted us in and it was delicious! staff attentive and it arrived quickly so all good, so I am very sad ( and surprised ) to say breakfast was poor ! we didn't opt for the buffet and cooked ,rather just the cooked, it took ages to appear...
