"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The views—especially of the Matterhorn—are absolutely stunning. The amenities are top-notch, with a beautiful spa area that includes steam rooms, saunas, a hammam, and both indoor and outdoor pools, all with that incredible mountain backdrop. Breakfast was another highlight—tons of variety and even a chef preparing fresh omelets and fried eggs on the spot. The property is spotless, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. The concierge was especially helpful, giving us great recommendations for hikes and things to do in and around the area. Definitely take advantage of their advice! The hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from the train station, which made things so convenient—just let them know your arrival time in advance. As for the location, it’s perfect—close to the main street and everything you’d want to see in Zermatt. The town is small and walkable, so getting around is easy. Highly recommend this place if you're heading to Zermatt!"

"Great location, spa, pool and service. Rooms are nice, but Zermatt does not do AC. They did provide a Dyson fan, but it was so loud that it was not usable. The outside air temp.is perfect so no AC needed. "

"We’ve been to 5 cities and had 5 hotels, so far, Le Mazot was the best! We were able to check in early, room was ready. We were notified a few days earlier about our room, code at front door, etc. The best was breakfast was included with the room. Variety of choices, staff was great! Highly recommended when you’re in Zermatt! "

My American family has been traveling across Europe for several weeks now and Daniela tops our hotel experience. Most of the hotels nickel and dime you for every little thing, but this hotel provided exactly what you needed without viewing it as a method to add to your bill. It felt like they really wanted you to be happy and comfortable. We needed that after so many days on the rails. I recommend highly. "
