We were offered a room with balcony and a magnificent view for a surcharge. We would have liked to be informed when we were booking that the Annexe is not great to stay and that the preferred place was in the main hotel. Where we did stay was top notch accommodation. 10/10 However, our rating reflects the original booking place which is seperate from the main hotel and is low to the ground and has no outlook at all. The hotel and staff were amazing!! So accommodating with our luggage before and after check in. The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast service staff was very friendly and helpful.
