"Upon arrival, the television in Room 117 was not functional. We were moved to Room 119 where the air conditioning was not functional. We were then moved back to Room 117 where the guy fixed the television. We checked in at about 1:30 and took a short nap before attending a function. When we returned to change clothes for an after event, we were greeted by a mouse scurrying across the floor of Room 117. We immediately packed up and returned the keys at 7:00 pm. The man at the desk simply replied “Not again”. He apologized and recommended going to the Texan Hotel because “it’s newer and nicer”. We ended up having to get a room in Columbus, Texas. When I called about the refund I was promised, the owner (an angry middle-eastern man) stated the we used the room for 4 hours and stole his towel. He then said that I could “go to hell”. He refused my refund. I now have to go through Hotels.com to try to seek resolution"
