Convenient

This is certainly a no frills establishment but is exactly what I like. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. I did not use the pool but others did so I suppose it was decent. I did not experience any bugs. Casa Jalisco is on the property and was good and priced fair. They even have karaoke on Friday and Saturday which I did. If you just need to lay your head for the night this is a great place. The front desk man was friendly.

The room was clean although run down. A few weirdly broken things like the faucet handle kept falling off. The staff was great, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a muffin, pastry and juice. Most days a banana.

There were cracks in the walls and the duvet looked a bit dirty but the beds were comfortable and the check was easy and fast the staff were simply friendly from checking in to checking out I would give customer service 5 stars good job

The motel was dated and worn, but it was in a convenient location and we felt safe there during our stay.

Good customer service, but rooms need update.

Stayed here a couple weeks for work. Front office, and maids extremely courteous, but rooms pretty run down for the price. $75 isnt bad, but ive stayed in $50 a night rooms that were in better condition. Built in restaurant is a bonus

Mr. Patel is a friendly person who means well for his guests, but this a dated, rundown and very large property that is way past its prime--from the cracked driveway to the scratches on the room wall. The pool was filled with green water and unusable, though I saw an employee adding chlorine to kill the algae. I don't envy his family--it would take a king's ransom to get this property back in good shape. But he's trying.

Rough condition

This place needs some investment and work. Lots of sheetrock patches and screws showing. The staff were friendly and it was a fair price. The room had a faint cigarette smell.

The property is nice and having Jaliscos Restaurant is a plus. The only thing I would say is the BEDS omg time for new beds. Very uncomfortable to sleep on. It makes you want to spend that extra money on a more expensive hotel.

Don’t stay there

Nasty doesn’t even describe it. Did not even stay! One step inside the room was enough for us! Very fearful for ourselves, and was uncomfortable parking our car there. Pet friendly ha! Would not even alow our little Morkie on the floor nor out on property for fear of what he may encounter.

Although our stay was good, I had requested a late checkout and apparently the guy who checked me in the day before didn't make a note on it. In the morning, the guy who checks the rooms just walked in. If I hadn't had the top latch locked, he would've been standing at the foot of the bed. I brought my concern to the receptionist in the office and he apologized. He said the guy was new, but there was also no note on the late checkout. Communication is important, so please, if you have a late checkout, make sure they write it down so nobody goes in your room without knocking. Other than that, the stay was good.

Chisholm Trail Round Up weekend

Location of the hotel is great!! Room was sketchy, piece of shower wall cut out with big noticeable gap, which made us uncomfortable. Had to shove a towel in the gap incase of hidden camera. (You never know) Bathroom was overall dirty, pubic hair all in the bathtub. Cable didn't work in room, kept trying to load... good thing we brought our PlayStation. Wifi was good. Went to look for ice machine, found it....cord was stretched to the max and of course didn't work. Went walking around to maybe find another one, but instead found some late night crack head mechanics working on there 98 mustang. Our patio had a great view of the pool and also included several empty Corona negra courts of beer. Beds were decent, price point was the best part of the stay $200 for 2 nights versus $600 at other hotels in town for 2 nights.
