"We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room upon arrival, which made our stay even more special. The room was clean, modern, and offered stunning views (best in town). Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel also provides a convenient complimentary shuttle service to Sorrento center every hour, which made exploring the area easy and stress-free. "I loved that it was right across from the central station and I was easily able to get to the airport, around town, and to Pompeii. I could tell they take great pride in the rooms being very clean. The lighting in the room is a bit dark but I was able to open my window during the day to brighten the room. Being a single woman traveling solo I felt safe in the area despite how it looks. I also like that there were plenty of places to eat and a grocery store across the street."
