"Booked last minute and it was a real treat! The stuff was lovely the room turned out to be a 2 bedroom flat (without the kitchen!) Ive never had a vegan burrito for breakfast but I would have it again! Location very convenient to reach the seafront and the bus stop and parking was relatively easy to find"

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their friendly approach really made the whole experience feel special and relaxed. The room itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. "Absolutely unprofessional and rude behavior of member of staff at reception in the 01 may morning. Will not recommend to deal with this hotel if that is work related stay. A member of staff was inadequate and incompetent. Refusing to provide with a room invoice, where i have paid DIRECTLY to reception on my check in, blindly arguing with people from abroad whos primary language is not English. And in fact being wrong in a situation he created."
