"Great house and location. We will book it again next year. Pool was perfect and the ocean was fantastic. Houses around it didn't have an elevator and the neighbors were jealous for sure. If you are on the fence....book it. We had a great time."

"Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. Although when we arrived, the lower level was littered with junk (broken beach chairs, dirty/moldy patio chairs, beach toys, life jackets, children's toys, and much more. Just a cluttered mess that looked like a junk yard.) and the landscaping was more than out of control, so much that it was growing into the house and parking area. The outside shower area was nasty with mold and algae. The interior was much better, although not very clean. Cereal on the floor and under furniture. Uncleaned cooking utensils. Sand in the showers. We placed sheets on the couches to sit on them. A positive note: The linens were clean and crispy, the towels were clean and fresh. The washer and dryer was a big plus. This house has the potential to be outstanding."

"We had a great vacation despite the tropical storm that rolled in. The house was perfect! It was beautiful & so nice! Right on the beach with a beautiful view. The house was very clean, well stocked & plenty of room. We loved sitting out on the screened balconies during the rainy days. The host was excellent & easy to communicate with before & during our stay! We loved the area & the fact that the beach was never crowded! Would definitely recommend this property & hope to return in the future!"

"This beach house was everything we hoped for and more. It has that wonderful Old Florida charm in the perfect beach location, making it easy to relax and truly unwind. It was, without question, the most well-stocked vacation home we’ve ever rented—every little detail had been thoughtfully considered.From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a rental and more like a home. The owners were incredibly gracious, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable.Our entire family agreed this was our favorite beach house we’ve ever stayed in. We made wonderful memories here and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Property is in great proximity to the beach. But a little far from the convenience of shopping and most restaurants. The furnishings and carpeting are old and stained. All bathrooms have standard short toilets and the tubs were small and VERY slippery. The washer dryer was a stackable unit and only accommodated very small loads of laundry and the dryer quit working while we were there but they had it repaired on the 2nd day after it being reported. The property is in desperate need of a face lift but served it's purpose. The grandchildren loved the pool area which is the main reason we rented this property."

"The house was absolutely amazing! We loved the screened in porch. Had a visitor from a Bobcat and black bear (they were just passing through) but keep your eyes out around sunrise and sunset! We brought our boat with intentions of leaving it at the dock so if you are thinking this make another plan as the water isn’t deep enough to get your vessel to the dock. The sunsets on the dock are priceless tho! The living room furniture could use an update but how much are you there anyways. The owners of the property and his son are fabulous folks, as well as his mother who stays in the house in front. Do bring your own TP, laundry detergent, dish soap and all the extras as the property management will not supply except one roll of TP, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. The blue crab you catch in the pots provided at the dock are amazing eats! Get your things for the beach a day ahead as stores are about 15 minutes away minimum it adds to your day. Also, plan on cooking! Restaurants are few and far between with LONGGGG wait times."
