"Paradise found!! This condo is in a tranquil location, in spite of being on highway 30. Giant trees with Spanish moss line the drive. Condos are set back at least 100 yards from the highway. The property is perfect for visitors who want privacy, outside space & beautiful bay views. Wildlife is abundant. The condo itself is spacious. It was very clean & had everything we needed (except for a broom & mop). I will definitely book this condo again. Cape San Blas & Mexico Beach have gotten too congested for my enjoyment. Thank you for a great stay!!"

"The property had some quirks which could be solved by a bit of routine maintenance (screen doors which no longer latch, blinds which did not open, broken kitchen sprayer in the outside sink) but overall the cleanliness and upkeep were very good. The house itself is wonderful, and the location near the beach is hard to beat."

"Great stay! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Matt greeted us upon arrival and its nice to have an owner close by. Very pet friendly property and we got to meet Chance the dog. Built in gas grill was a plus to cook out fresh seafood from St Joe shrimp company down the road. Also its nice to have an ice maker in the refrigerator. The property was very clean and has everything you need. We'll be back!"

"We loved everything about our stay. The house had more than enough space for our little crew. My kids could walk back and forth to the beach and I could see them at all times. It was windy and the water was cool while we visited, so most of our time was spent in the sand or just at the edge of the water. I think we all enjoyed the swing under the porch where we could lounge and listen to the ocean. "

"The house was in great condition, Very clean with everything we needed. Steps to the beach was great. We had to venture out a bit for excursions, but we really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area. I wished there was a Wal Mart nearby but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay."
