"This property was right on the beach at Port St. Joe/Indian Pass. We absolutely loved the convenience of the property being beachfront, Brian and his team were on it from the beginning, even weeks before check-in. Check in and check out was smooth! The beach itself was pretty empty, which is not a bad thing, it just made it feel like we rented the entire beach area. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking and eating utensils, pots, pans, and at least 3 coffee makers :D linens were also fresh and provided, and a starter kit was also provided at the beginning of our stay. We also used the credit provided to enhance our stay and we were able to request some fun things to use at the beach. These items were already available and delivered before we even arrived at the property. We only had 2 issues during our stay: one was the lovebug and fly infestation - but this was a Florida issue, not a property issue - as other beaches like Cape San Blas had it worse when we visited. Only suggestion is to bring some peppermint and/or lemongrass bug spray. This can be bought at CVS (as we did). The other one has been mentioned in previous reviews, but the property was a *tad* dusty when we arrived. It was not a whole issue, as they have a vacuum at the property, but we did do a couple of passes throughout the week. Overall, our stay was memorable and we would stay again at this property or any property that Brian and his team have. Thank you for sharing this property w/ us!"
"No Pressure" Beautiful beach front home

"Perfect for our family of 8. Kitchen well equipped. We ate in every meal. Nice to look out the shower and see the beach and watch the waves. Pool was a life saver for the kids that did not want to go to the beach. Loved the house so much we already booked to stay again next year. Highly recommend bug spray with deet for the beach. Biting flies were bad."

"We absolutely loved our vacation here. Our host was wonderful, very easy to communicate with and was so very nice. The house is so unique. The way it was built, it feels like a cozy cabin but it has so much space. We fit our family of 6 quite comfortably. There are so many little amenities and thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and easy. Towels were provided, thick plush towels! Beach towels, too. Also there are plenty of beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas, sand toys and even a cart for beach use! The views are stunning. The pictures here on VRBO don’t do it justice. The footpath to the beach is also very convenient. We did see a bear one night, coming home from walking the beach. A rather large bear had gotten into one of the neighbor’s trash cans, and gave a growel at us, and I wished I’d had a whistle or some bear mace just in case. So maybe throw that in your suitcase if you’re planning on heading out to this area. Most of the locals we talked with said that bears are common in the area. The beach was quiet and we had it mostly to ourselves. We saw tons of stingrays and dolphins. We went on a snorkel tour with Cpt Lorrainein Port St Joe. We were able to snorkel in the grasslands and saw a loggerhead turtle, pufferfish, sharks, live sand dollars and so much more. Constitution Convention State Park and Forgotten Coast Turtle Rescue are fun, too! Book the trip, you’ll have a blast!"
