"Love this hotel, stayed here a lot over the years, only issue is the lifts are temperamental at times. And the WiFi is really bad in certain rooms. Takes a while to get it work, but laggy.. so I think that needs looking into. Other than that, love staying.. Will in the future"

"The rooms were absolutely clean n beautiful the staff couldn't do enough for me n my daughter n surprised my daughter with birthday wishes n treats we really enjoyed the swimming pool steam room n jacuzzi absolutely stunning n clean would definitely book again thankyou all at park plaza xx"

"The hotel is conveniently situated adjacent to the motorway and perfect for breaking up our trip from West Yorkshire. Staff were great and very personable. Breakfast was good and hotel had adequate car parking. We had a junior suite at a great price - room was good and bathroom was a little tired although shower was great. I’ve rated good and there are no complaints - convenient and would stay again !"

"Staff were very good , breakfast was very good , only concerns were , coffee machine in room did not work but we also had a kettle so not totally unhappy , our room key failed to work on one occasion which was a bit of an inconvenience , both larger options at the function room bar needed to be pulled through prior to the start of the event not after I received two poor pints , other than that the event was great the function room and buffet were very good and I slept fine ."
