Lovely accommodation, clean, spacious. Prime location for city centre/sea front. Stunning views!
Great week spent mostly watching activities in the bay and on the Hoe from the apartment balcony. Well equipped kitchen, open plan excellent. Bedrooms comfortable and overall a great experience. Would definitely return.

Understand the reason for a refurb
Hi had a great Stay, I would love the bed to be a king size as the double for me is two small for comfort. my wife commented on the lack of a full size mirror, apart from Bathroom and Kitchen being needing to be Refurb.

bluff package

Magnificient view
The appartment is very spacious and the view absolutely stunning! We could have sat in the living room and watched Plymouth Hoe for hours. Parking is directly nearby. Everything is clean and the exchange of the keys and communication with the landlord went smooth and without problems.

Birthday disappointed
Had asked for ground floor and I had no notification that this wouldn't be one.I have scoliosis of the spine and 5 lots of stairs not good.It was my 60th birthday treat as I wouldn't pay this amount for an apartment and was sorely disappointed with the condition of the place.Fridge was broken and the more likely you left had gone off the next day,the basic cleaning was done, kitchen floor sticky and not swept, apartment hadn't been hoovered and just very dull and not inviting for a holiday. The real gut buster was no shower curtain !! I know improvements were going on all around but no one around to clear the hall and stairs so very grubby.Best bit sheets, towels were good quality and clean.Wasnt informed that MTV crashes was on this week so this was very noisy and not all areas accessible.I believe that I should have some of my money refunded, a very angry customer.

Really disappointed with my stay here
I was not happy here at all got given the wrong room to what it said and the fridge didn't work there was scaffolders working on the building and throwing things off the roof not looking to see if anyone is there and almost hit my daughter! I don't want to go on to much but on the plus side the room was spacious and the bed was comfy.

A building site that didn't feel safe
"Doing some work" was a polite way of saying "you'll arrive to a group of builders who were totally unaware anyone was saying, dust all over the carpets and therefore your luggage, an unsecure feeling to the whole place and not somewhere I wanted for my step daughter ahead of her visit to Plymouth university. Yes the location was excellent but over £200 for that apartment for one night was daylight robbery. I met another lady who stayed with her daughter and I know she felt exactly the same. Hopefully, this isn't another one of those automated feedback lines. I'll give it a couple of days then put a review on trip advisor and a complaint on Twitter.

One night stay
Was lovely comfy bed in a nice position, except we couldn't see out of window as builders had scaffolding up and polythene but I am sure it would be lovely otherwise. It was a bit expensive for two of us but we were going to a concert and everywhere was full but lovely for a family on holiday.

Not Bad
Great apartment location, shame the sea view was obstructed with the scaffolding outside,Bedroom would do with darker curtains coz of the light,The place had just been painted the powerful paint smell was was abit too much but apart from tht it's at a very good location with all the amenities around.
