"Food was very well pretended at certain restaurants, but overall food was great, the grounds were always well kept, security was excellent.. two ares that the overal expirence . 1 resception they seem mechanical and not engaging as the rest of the staff,2 reservations for restaurants are not effective n efficient, i think it it needs a second look on how to make it more patron friendly n efficient..Overall highly recommended the resort, all employees are super friendly. "

"Near lot's of shopping districts, and a large shopping centre 10 min walk away. Complimentary breakfast was nice, with traditional Mexican favourites. There's a pool, and the rooms were clean and staff were friendly"

Under VRBO standards, listings must be accurate and not misleading. This is a clear violation. Property Not as Described / Below Acceptable Standard The house is old, poorly maintained, with visible cracks and signs of neglect. There were flooding issues, impacting normal use of the property. This does not meet reasonable expectations for a property at this price point. Undisclosed Safety Hazard The stairs are unsafe, particularly for children. This represents a material safety concern that was not disclosed in the listing. Missing Essential Amenity There is no AC in the TV/lounge area, making a primary living space uncomfortable and inconsistent with the listing presentation. "I always try to be fair when I put reviews. We picked this hotel based on reviews and distance from the airport, as well there were only few choices available around the airport. read the reviews when I was booking, the firts ones very nice and high scores. Sadly, I got the worse rooms, beds, air conditioning… To be honest I think I was scammed; the pictures shown in the internet don’t match with the rooms I saw. I traveled with my husband and two daughters, the first room assigned smelled bad, the first thing I noticed how dirty the pillows and bed sheets were; I asked for new sheets. Then I noticed the bathroom… immediately I asked for another room (I was thinking to leave the hotel and ask for reimbursement but I got a bit scared since it was midnight). A second room was given, the smell again, air conditioning wasn’t working well; again, bed sheets very dirty. The front desk guy tried to be very nice, he gave us new sheets. I could not sleep even a bit… I was uncomfortable, people were noisy. I gave thanks when the alarm was off at 5:30am. The price of this rooms should be at most 35- 40$. I felt sorry for my kids and husband for being put in such situation. Lastly, I do not recommend to stay in such conditions, specially dirty bed clothes and smelly and dirty restrooms. "
