Carel’s deep knowledge and genuine passion for the wildlife greatly enhanced our game-viewing experience, and he did so in a thoughtful, unobtrusive way. Caitlyn’s organization and responsiveness were outstanding—truly a 10 out of 10. The rest of the staff were equally helpful and welcoming. The lodge was spotless, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals comfortably. "
