Note: as is often the case in rentals, no salt or pepper in the kitchen :) Expedia let us down in contacting Sundown to make adjustments but Sundown Manager corrected them and all was well in the end."

We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent. There were no towels available, and when we asked for assistance, the staff was unable to help, forcing us to find towels ourselves.
