Villa located in Rawai in the south of Phuket.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a covered terrace, a private pool, and an outdoor area.
There is no opposite, everything is well fenced.

The price includes:
- cleaning twice a week
- pool and garden maintenance
- water and drinking water

The following are excluded from the price:
- electricity consumption (6thb per unit)

Conditions:
* Respect for house staff and neighbors
* No smoking inside the villa (Only outside or on the terrace)
* Guarantee deposit of 300 euros on arrival (returned on the last day)
* Arrival time: from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
* Departure time: 08:00 to 11:00

For late arrival (after 6:00 p.m.) or early departure (before 8:00 a.m.):
** additional fee of 1,000 baht to be paid to the person in charge of reception

Best Villa by price, location, service

It was best Villa we ever stayed in Thailand. the Villa is in gated closed safe community. Actually there are 3 huge bedrooms , big pool, big beautiful garden. Management was nice and ready to help us any time. Only was hard to find the Villa on Google maps.
