Great New Property

Brand new VRBO centrally located in Philly! The property itself is terrific. Basement has been finished into a bedroom with its own bath, second floor is two bedrooms with a bath in between and third floor is the master suite. The top floor is a wonderful deck with unbelievable views of downtown!!! This unit can work for groups big or small. I put the kitchen to the test with Thanksgiving dinner and everything works great! The only reason I deducted a star is that while there are several new properties in the immediate neighborhood, including this one, it's still what I would call transitional. Parking can range from getting lucky to having to park a couple blocks over. Having said that it's a safe neighborhood with most things you'll need within walking distance. Be aware that access to each floor is by stairs and there is no bathroom on the main floor. Alison, the owner, is very responsive and does everything she can to help you with your stay!!

Fabulous in Philly!

This stylish and comfortable townhouse was the perfect base for our crew! The house has been beautifully redone with a great kitchen and common spaces. The bedrooms were comfortable and light filled! Parking was surprisingly easy and we enjoyed a couple of the local breakfast and lunch spots. We loved staying at Alison's house!
