We, somehow, had managed to book a holiday without any baggage allowance included. I guess this is now classed as a luxury and you're not expected to take any suitcases to Florida for a two week holiday. We were unable to add any baggage on via the Expedia APP, the Expedia website, ringing Expedia, ringing British Airways, Ringing American Airlines or using any of their associated apps or websites. They ONLY place to add the baggage was at the airport. Friendly helpful staff there assisted us. On boarding the flight we were told none of the entertainment screens on our row were working so were were very pleased to hear we had been moved up to the Extra Legroom section. Unfortunately, still, one of the screens had sound issues meaning you could hear music but any speech was just a buzzing noise. We tried my headphones in my wife's arm rest so know it wasn't them that were at fault. The staff member said he had reset it, but this did not work. We shared the working seat. The food was ok but the Shepherds Pie was very salty. We did enjoy everything else, like the Ice Cream and the Sliders etc.
