(1,217 reviews) The room was nice and clean but poorly lit, and the beds were very comfortable. I did experience several service issues, some were resolved, while others were not. The gym was closed, which required walking a few blocks to work out, and the Red Owl restaurant was undergoing renovations. While I’m not sure what other work was being done, there was nonstop tapping noise starting around 5:00 a.m. each morning, which was disruptive. The bright spots of my stay were the front desk staff, who were exceptional, very friendly, and helpful. The afternoon social hour was also a nice touch.
