"The sink was plugged when we got there. Staff were responsive but fella left plunger sitting on sink, sink dirty and used towels that were not replaced. Only ice was on 12th floor. Way too inconvenient. Otherwise staff very friendly and rooms clean. There needs to be door lackard that says to clean or not."
