"No staff on site for check in, had to stand outside and scan a qr code to whatsapp a team who were slow to respond. Room was ok but basic, supplied 1 small hand towel and no extra toilet paper. Room had an AC unit with a big hole in the wall vent, but heating did not work and room was freezing"

"We were impressed with the Holiday Inn, it was convenient for the purpose of our visit to the area. Good sized bedroom and comfortable super king bed. Great bathroom with popular products. Price was fair for the area. Food was of a good variety of choice, presented well. We did a room service meal, great service! Our TV lost it sound, Jason quickly got it sorted! No issues."

"This is the budget end of the Holiday Inn chain but it doesn't feel too budget. The check in was stand out in terms of friendliness and efficiency and there was a good choice for breakfast with plenty of food available. It was very busy on the Sunday morning but the team kept on top of it, turning tables around and keeping food stocked. The hotel itself is well located, with good parking (although you have to pay for it but there is a discount code provided by the hotel). It's possible to walk into Cambridge from there though it's a cheap Uber ride to get back. We've visited a few times now and will definitely consider again should we be in the area."
